Description

Achieve the sales targets by managing the field sales team successfully in the pre-determined area (Jabodetabek, Java excluding Jabodetabek, Sumatera, or Kalimantan-Sulawesi) with the main job to do acquisition and retention of Mitra Gerilya
Control the performance of third party business partners who fully manage the field sales officers in the region
Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow Mitra Gerilya's customer base
Create and present the sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts per region to Gerilya's management team

Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
Minimal 2 years of relevant experience handling General Trade in FMCG industries
Strong mentoring, coaching, leadership, and people management skills
Strong ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
